Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nurse Residency Program, a 6-week intensive training program followed by a 9-month residency period. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license in good standing and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Train and educate family members on patient care and medication administration
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the patient's multidisciplinary team
  • Manage supplies and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in good standing (PA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
