Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to join our Neuro-MedSurg team. This is a full-time night shift position that requires a proactive and experienced nurse to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift to assure successful safe delivery of care.
  • Practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the WellStar Shared Governance Model.
  • Develop and implement plans of care that are individualized and evidence-based, utilizing current clinical practice standards with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of practices that ensure excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing as an Associate Degree/Diploma Nurse or Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience, with a preference for 2 years or more.
  • Experience as relief charge with clinical expertise is preferred.
