Key Responsibilities- Provide direct coaching to a caseload of up to 100 scholars in various colleges, focusing on their academic and personal growth.
- Collect, enter, and analyze data to inform practices and drive programmatic outcomes.

We provide up to 27 discretionary time off days, 28 paid office closure and holiday days, and a comprehensive benefits package.

New staff are rarely brought in at the top of the range to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during an employee's time at College Track.
