- Innovation Development: Drive the creation of new concepts and services to meet evolving customer demands.
Customer Engagement: Anticipate client needs and influence the development of innovative legal solutions.
Communication Skills: Effectively convey intricate ideas across various organizational levels.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to foster acceptance of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as in-house counsel.
- Active membership in the bar or eligibility for in-house counsel admission.
- Proven experience in negotiating and drafting diverse agreements, particularly in service, data, and information technology sectors.
- Experience in labor and employment law, as well as privacy and data protection, is advantageous.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Educational Background:
- Juris Doctorate (or equivalent) from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state.
