Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as in-house counsel.
  • Active membership in the bar or eligibility for in-house counsel admission.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting diverse agreements, particularly in service, data, and information technology sectors.
  • Experience in labor and employment law, as well as privacy and data protection, is advantageous.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Educational Background:

  • Juris Doctorate (or equivalent) from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state.
