Job Title: Senior Living Sales Specialist - Community Growth Expert

At Capital Senior Living, we're seeking a skilled Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and increasing market penetration across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our facility-based teams to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives for identified communities.
  2. Establish and maintain community presence by traveling to and working from the community as needed.
  3. Develop pricing strategies and sales campaigns with community leadership and corporate teams.
  4. Increase overall occupancy rates and revenue within communities.
  5. Implement proactive sales activities to drive growth and meet targets.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
  2. High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
  3. Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, with a potential for extended stays at individual communities.
  4. Familiarity with PC-based software applications for capturing sales data and word processing.
  5. Full understanding and competency in Yardi CRM.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
