About the Role

This Ambulatory Nursing Professional position involves providing safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' conditions and develop effective care plans
  • Provide comprehensive patient education and support
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Mentor and train new staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to hospital policies

Requirements:

  • RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
  • CPR certification for Healthcare/BLS Providers within 30 days
  • 3 years of directly related experience (preferably in ambulatory care)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
