We are in search of experienced professionals for our Senior Program Manager roles within the Professional Services division. The key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary strategic success manager for designated enterprise healthcare clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical, provider, and insurance sectors.
- Assisting clients in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data through the Authenticx platform to facilitate informed decision-making that leads to substantial business enhancements.
- Implementing our established customer engagement methodology through meetings and presentations, while managing relationships across various stakeholder levels to ensure clients achieve significant outcomes with our proprietary AI tools.
- Overseeing the client experience and collaborating with other Authenticx teams to meet client goals.
- Proactively monitoring client health, addressing risks, and removing barriers to ensure successful outcomes and renewals.
- Holding clients accountable for their success and ensuring they realize measurable value from their investment in Authenticx.
- Collaborating with the Revenue Team to identify potential upsell and expansion opportunities.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate for the Senior Program Manager position will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- A solid grasp of enterprise key performance indicators (KPIs) and overarching business success metrics, particularly in large healthcare organizations.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and budget management, enabling discussions at an executive level regarding business impact and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to cultivate stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels, emphasizing executive engagement.
- Competence in constructing persuasive business cases and securing stakeholder commitment to drive results.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Comfort with constructive conflict, radical candor, and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask open-ended questions to uncover root causes and develop equitable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in a B2B client-facing role (e.g., Account Manager, Customer Success Manager).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience as an effective team leader on large, cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize strategically in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data.
