As a research assistant, you will work closely with our team of analysts and economists to identify, improve, and eliminate barriers for underrepresented entrepreneurs.

Main activities include:

  • Working closely with the data team to build and update the data infrastructure
  • Extracting and summarizing data from various data sources
  • Working independently and collaboratively on projects and academic research as part of the research team

Necessary skills for this position include:

  • Currently a student in good standing with a focus on B.S. degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent
  • Higher-order thinking skills (critical thinking, observation, recording, analysis, interpretation, evaluation, complex problem solving, etc.)
  • Programming experience in Python, R, Stata or equivalent
  • Clear communication skills
