Key Responsibilities

Your Role as an RN Supervisor:

+ Supervise nursing personnel to guarantee high-quality patient care and adherence to regulations.

+ Manage daily nursing operations, including staff assignments, patient evaluations, and care strategies.

+ Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans for patients.

+ Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering an environment of ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

+ Valid RN license from the State Board of Nursing.

+ At least two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

+ Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality care.

+ Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is advantageous.
