Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute construction plans and schedules, adapting to changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage project budgets to meet financial targets, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring receivables for each project.
  • Recruit, supervise, and manage subcontractors/trade partners, assigning responsibilities and holding them accountable for timely execution of work.
  • Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, city and county officials, estimators, vendors, and office staff to ensure excellent execution, quality, and meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver on our brand promise, uphold our core values, and meet project quality standards effectively.
  • Ensure project documents are delivered complete, on time, and stored appropriately.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule.

  • Familiarity with construction job management systems (e.g. Dash, Buildertrend, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills and accountability for work.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Thrive in a team environment.
Work Experience and Education

We require a minimum college degree or equivalent industry experience in construction or restoration. A minimum of 3-5 years' proven experience in construction or restoration construction and project management is preferred. Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, are also preferred. A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, background check, and drug screening are required.
