Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Sitter to provide homemaker services in the home. As a key member of our team, you will work under the direction of a Case Manager to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Document services provided and report any concerns or changes to the Case Manager
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and write with accuracy and clarity
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a TB skin test and provide proof of vaccination
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition, meal preparation, and household management
