Key Responsibilities

• Improve individual field force performance through regular reviews and coaching.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of experience managing personnel, preferably in a service organization.
Possess a valid driver's license, technical application skills, mechanical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel, hiring, training, and developing employees.
