Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to participate in the design, documentation, and construction administration of various projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and modifying architectural drawings, reviewing design documents and construction estimates, and coordinating with engineering consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and modifying architectural drawings at all phases
  • Reviewing design documents and construction estimates
  • Assisting in coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings
  • Researching products and materials
  • Performing constructibility reviews
Requirements
  • A degree in Architecture from an accredited college
  • Registered Architect required
  • 2-5 years U.S. experience in building design and construction document preparation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with 3D Modeling software such as SketchUp Pro, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of International and Local Building Codes is a plus
  • Strong conceptual, communication, planning, and organization skills and capability of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasks
  • Candidate should be preparing to meet all qualifications to sit for ARE and/or LEED exams
