Responsibilities

* Provide direct care to employees, including post-offer physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, First Aid, wellness education, and OSHA compliance
* Collaborate with the Occupational Health Manager to oversee the Medical department and ensure regulatory compliance
* Develop and implement programs to promote employee health and safety
* Conduct incident investigations and schedule follow-up visits as needed
* Assist with projects and initiatives as delegated by the Occupational Health Manager

Requirements

* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
* 2+ years' nursing experience, preferably in emergency, occupational health, urgent care, or a related field
* Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus but not required
