Nursing Professional for Southern New Hampshire Medical Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical float pool team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various outpatient medical offices across Southern New Hampshire, providing interim coverage of staffing needs on a short-term basis.
About the JobThis per diem nursing position offers flexible day shift hours with no weekends. You will be responsible for assisting providers as needed, rooming patients, taking vitals, triaging patients, calling in scripts, and other associated responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone (telephone triage), and via telehealth modalities
- Assess and identify patient needs, plan to achieve appropriate outcomes, intervene, and evaluate progress toward goals of care
- Collaborate to design and implement a plan of care with the interdisciplinary team including Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other health professionals
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect and handle specimens within the scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state
- Educate patients on self-management activities, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness based on the plan of care designed collaboratively with Provider(s)
- Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Epic experience is a plus
