About the JobThe Registered Nurse delivers high-quality nursing care by utilizing a patient-centered approach, incorporating the Professional Practice Model, and providing exceptional patient outcomes through teamwork and collaboration.
- Assess and implement priority-based nursing care, establishing goals to meet patients' needs.
- Integrate patient values, best practices, and evidence into patient care.
- Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery process.
- Function competently within your scope of practice.
- Utilize effective communication skills to meet the needs of the team and/or situation.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN).
- A registered nurse license in the state of New Hampshire.
- The ability to achieve specific competencies within specified timeframes, including:
- Within 30 days: Basic Life Support.
- Within 90 days: Intravenous Therapy, Pre-and post-operative management of general surgical patients, Care of orthopedic patients, Care of neuro-spine patients, Central Line Management.
- Within 180 days: Assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of orthopedic devices equipment.
We offer a competitive salary, with estimated earnings ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
