About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Manager of Regulatory Product Compliance to enhance our expanding Regulatory Product Compliance team in North America, contributing to our Global initiatives.

This position will concentrate on Consumer Protection regulations, offering a unique, hands-on opportunity to influence Wise's objectives, advance as a compliance leader, and assist in saving money for millions.

Your Responsibilities:
Wise has already set the standard for international money transfers and multi-currency account management.

Your primary responsibility will be to empower our North American product team to introduce innovative products and expand our market presence in the U.S. and Canada by thoroughly understanding regulatory requirements and expectations.


Key Contributions:
  • Collaborate on Product Development:
    Support Product Teams in designing risk-aware products, processes, and controls. Work together to create practical, customer-focused product solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Regulatory Risk Management:
    Identify and oversee Regulatory Risks associated with all products offered to customers in the U.S. and Canada. Develop a robust control environment, focusing on Consumer Protection.
  • Audit and Issue Management:
    Manage audit processes and address findings collaboratively with Compliance and Product teams. Implement effective issue management strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.

This Position Offers:
