We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in customer service, HR administration, benefits administration, payroll and HR reporting.
  • Lead HR systems analysis, design, redesign, and reengineering of processes, procedures, and operational changes to increase efficiency, safety, and effectiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis investigations to address process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive customer service excellence processes and promote Onbeat approach; coach in Onbeat initiatives, continuous improvement sprint exercises, and A3.
  • Implement lean methodologies to improve overall operational performance, optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Translate customer feedback and technical inputs for improved and streamlined operational delivery into concrete products (process maps, workflows, on the job guides, templates, etc.).
  • Own service governance documents (Service Scope, SLA, etc) and maintain them as per agreements.
Requirements:
  • Very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes and environment for staff and hourly workforce.
  • Experience in execution of People Data Processes.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvements methodologies (Lean- Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience in application of various HR tools (Case Management, HR Portals, Chatbot, Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, E-archiving tools).
  • Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in business environment with a focus on CI activities.
  • Past experience successfully implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated Six Sigma experience, Lean training, or equivalent relevant leadership experience of process improvement efforts.
