The Automotive Technician / Mechanic plays a crucial role in accurately diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while following MAP guidelines and adhering to dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose vehicles based on relevant certifications and experience.
  • Execute tasks as outlined in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals, including Store Managers and Service Consultants.
  • Recommend essential services to maintain the customer's vehicle performance; accurately document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
  • Maintain required ASE certifications and renew any expiring credentials.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferably possess at least one unexpired ASE certification or equivalent experience/training
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday
