Qualifications:

3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in retail, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role. Proficient in financial principles, inventory management, and merchandising concepts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to train, coach, and mentor team members effectively.

Strong decision-making, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills are essential.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
