About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rework Operator to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Rework Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Soldering and Repair: Use specialized equipment to solder components together, making precise welds to connect wire to wire and wire to soldering pad.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the soldering process is carried out correctly and that the finished product meets all quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers in the rework process, set up and maintain soldering equipment, and keep records of all repair activities.
  • Efficiency and Safety: Perform all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, maintaining soldering and workstation equipment.
  • Repair and Testing: Perform repairs of cell strings and modules, use test equipment to verify temperatures of workstation and soldering iron, and verify quality of soldering using imaging and electrical testing.
  • Assembly and Verification: Assemble circuits requiring fine hand assembly, verify cell grade, manufacturer, color series by correctly reading label, and soldering test on a flat board soldering a straight line.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: One year or more of soldering experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions, ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines.
