Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer who can design and develop innovative solutions to our government's technical challenges. The ideal candidate has experience designing RF circuits that function from 1 MHz to 100 GHz and has skills necessary to perform schematic capture and Printed Circuit Board layout of these designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution design, development, and implementation of advanced circuit solutions
  • Identifying proper RF components and understanding how to connect them to fulfill specified requirements
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout of RF designs
  • Formulating testing strategies for RF designs created
  • Executing testing strategies for implemented designs
  • Understanding how to test and debug RF hardware implemented on Circuit Card Assemblies
  • Performing analysis of RF designs to ensure impedance matching and VSWR are acceptable for given applications
  • Designing efficient Power Amplifier (PA) solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in RF engineering, including design, testing, and troubleshooting of RF circuits and systems
  • Detail-oriented and analytical problem solver
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
  • Willingness to work in the greater Cincinnati area
  • U.S. Citizenship required
