We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician II to join our team at Montclair Hospital Medical Center, a 106-bed acute care hospital recognized for its commitment to quality, compassion, and community.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiographic, CT scan, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures according to department protocols.
- Function as the first line interface with customers, ensuring their imaging needs are met.
- Participate in PI/QC activities and assist in maintaining the Performance Improvement Program.
- Oversee radiology area and/or staff in the manager's/director's absence.
- Maintain department supplies and promote teamwork and good customer service.
- Process and transmit images to PACS.
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
- Effective July 1, 2017, appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- Must be familiar with state and federal regulations.
- One year of acute clinical radiography experience preferred.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHEs.
- Proficient computer skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $33.54 to $50.70, with the exact starting compensation to be determined at the time of hire based on a range of factors, including skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
