Maryhaven, Inc. is a leading provider of behavioral health services in Central Ohio, specializing in addiction recovery and mental health treatment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counselor Assistant/Case Manager to join our team at Maryhaven, Inc. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the administrative supervisor and lead counselor to provide case management and treatment planning services for patients in our Opiate Treatment Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans for patients in the Opiate Treatment Program
  • Provide chemical dependency counseling and support services to patients
  • Collaborate with the lead counselor and administrative supervisor to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and progress
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • First-hand experience with a twelve-step recovery program or comparable experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human services or behavioral science with some paid volunteer clinical experience or internship in the field of chemical dependency treatment, or equivalent
  • Valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification
