Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical examinations, including review of patient medical data and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
- Provide age-appropriate care to patients, instructing and counseling them on compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with care teams to share accountability for overall patient health outcomes.
- Operate with confidence and professionalism, instilling trust in our care and facilities.
- Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
- Valid CA Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Valid CA DEA license.
- Valid BLS certification from an approved American Health Association provider.
We offer a competitive salary range of $147k to $199k per year, depending on experience. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
