We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Kindred Hospital Tarrant County - Fort Worth Southwest. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients on admission and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- BCLS certification and ACLS required
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care
