Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our manufacturing team, the Assembler I will be responsible for assembling products according to work instructions. This is an entry-level position that requires training and support to ensure successful assembly of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
  • Collect required materials from bins and set up workstations according to work instructions
  • Assemble parts and inspect own work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Complete required training in a timely manner
  • Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as needed
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a repeated basis
  • Close vision, color vision, and depth perception
  • Basic computer skills
