Global Clinical Research Monitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Research Monitor to join our team in the Eastern United States. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global biotechnology company, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and contribute to the development of life-changing therapies.
About the RoleAs a Global Clinical Research Monitor, you will be responsible for conducting clinical monitoring and site management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality support to investigators, sites, and clients, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk-based monitoring activities, including remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance.
- Manage required documentation, procedures, and guidelines from different sponsors and/or monitoring environments.
- Ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with approved protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs.
- Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites, client companies, and PPD project teams.
- Communicate effectively with medical personnel, clients, and colleagues to ensure successful trial execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or pharmacology).
- At least 2+ years of experience as a clinical research monitor, preferably with a strong background in ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish language, speaking, writing, and reading.
- Valid driver's license where applicable.
