Job Title: Digital and Print Marketing Coordinator

Providence Academy is seeking a highly skilled Digital and Print Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for advancing the Academy's mission through external marketing efforts and internal communication methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the Academy's brand and programs.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Academy's marketing and communication efforts, including digital, social media, video, photography, and print marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate marketing projects across various departments, including Admissions, Development, Alumni, Arts, and Athletics.
  • Design and maintain all aspects of social media campaigns and electronic communications for various school efforts.
  • Provide graphic design, layout, copywriting, editorial, and distribution support for school publications, including the Academy's weekly E-bulletin communication.
  • Serve as the primary media buyer for all external partners.
  • Conduct regular website maintenance and perform SEO analytics.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with photography and videography, including editing and final production.
  • Experience working with external partners and agencies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation for the school's brand, particularly its Catholic identity and dual presence in the Catholic school and Independent school marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in desktop publishing (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, Wordpress, and creative web-based media software.
