We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  • Ensure safe operations by adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and procedures.
  • Maintain ammonia refrigeration system and boiler operation, maintenance, recordkeeping.
  • Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Interact with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient repair, parts stocking, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
