About the Role:
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with a team of architects throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, conceptual design, detailed design, software development, and application deployment.

Your Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain a repository of technical component models for FIS product lines.
- Document technical product solutions and identify key financial services opportunities.
- Maintain a library of reusable technical application components relevant to applications and product lines.
- Align architectural strategies with business objectives while implementing modern technology practices.
- Advocate for contemporary technical and DevOps methodologies.
- Provide architectural guidance as products transition from legacy systems.


What You Will Need:
- Proficient in articulating the benefits of new IT strategies.
- Highly technical and hands-on approach.
- Capable of supplying foundational code to development teams.
- Ability to create and manage technical designs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one major cloud platform (preferably Azure or AWS).
- Generalist skills across various domains rather than specialization in a single area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Open-Source Cloud-Native tools (5 years).
- Practical experience with large datasets (structured, semi-structured, unstructured).
- Proficiency in Angular, Java, JavaScript, SAML, and Restful APIs.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience; postgraduate education is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with COBOL is desirable.
- Familiarity with IMS/DB2 is preferred.

The salary range for this full-time position is $117,000 to $197,580.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location.

Individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
