Key Responsibilities

  • Handles data entry tasks across various HR platforms, including onboarding and employment modifications.
  • Provides essential administrative support to the HR department as required.

  • Manages employee records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes by notifying relevant stakeholders.

  • Supports the administration of performance evaluations, benefits enrollment, and annual compensation reviews.
  • Documents HR procedures to maintain consistency and clarity.

  • Acts as a primary contact for general HR questions from staff.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years in an HR capacity is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with standard HR concepts and practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work collaboratively and independently as necessary.
  • Proficient in general administrative tasks.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire for professional development.
  • Competence in researching and analyzing data.
  • Experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits administration is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (1-2 times per year).
