Job Title: Home Health Aide

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, as directed by the nurse or therapist.
  • Support clients' social well-being by establishing professional relationships with clients and family members.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Document all client cares and communicate updates to supervising nurses and therapists.
  • Install personal emergency response systems (PERS) as required.
Requirements:
  • Registered as a CNA in the State of Minnesota.
  • CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire.
  • Valid driver's license and use of an insured personal vehicle.
  • Completion of a state required background study.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the extent required by the position.
  • Ability to physically perform the duties required by the position.
