Waitstaff - Sports Grill

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Waitstaff to join our team at the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Sports Grill. As a Waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and promoting a positive image for our organization.

• Take accurate food orders and maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Explain and describe menu items to customers, highlighting preparation methods and ingredients.
• Maintain product levels on the salad bar and dessert carousel.
• Ensure a professional appearance, adhering to our organization's dress code and grooming standards.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Our Sports Grill is a normal restaurant environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. As a Waitstaff, you will be expected to work independently, following set procedures and guidelines, while also being available for assistance and feedback from your supervisor.
