Responsibilities- Conduct initial evaluations, medication management, and monitoring visits for new and existing patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to enhance awareness of mental health conditions and promote rehabilitation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Current and valid license to practice in the State of California
- Full prescription authority and current D.E.A. licensure
- At least two years' experience in a Behavioral Health setting or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required
