Overview

ERP International is seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners to join our team in support of Flight Medicine at MacDill AFB, FL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the well-being of our military members, their families, and retired veterans.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of outcome-based nurse practitioner services, including routine, acute, and chronic care, immunizations, and diagnostic treatments.
  • Technically direct and teach other staff members, providing evidenced-based educational lectures and participating in in-service training.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma within accepted protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
  • Promote preventive care and health maintenance through formal and individual education and counseling.
  • Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people to inform the healthcare team of plans and actions.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in nursing from an accredited academic program.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner within the past 24 months.
  • Active, unrestricted RN license from any state.
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted DEA registration.
  • Possess current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
