Job Title: Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Lead

As a Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, while also driving process improvements and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review quarterly financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with new accounting standards and regulations, and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of accounting experience with an emphasis on technical accounting and SEC reporting.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
