Job Title: Housekeeper - Mobile Homes

Join our team as a Housekeeper - Mobile Homes and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our mobile homes. This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver's license and good computer skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper - Mobile Homes to join our team. As a Housekeeper - Mobile Homes, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of our mobile homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies, taking out the trash, and performing other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
  • Keep stove, oven, and microwave clean
  • Completely clean and sanitize refrigerator and discard leftovers once a week
  • Wash windows
  • Sweep and mop linoleum
  • Vacuum carpet
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Wash windows and other glass surfaces
  • Strip bed linens (mobile housing only)
  • Wash/dry towels and linens (mobile housing only)
  • Make beds (mobile housing only)
  • Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
  • Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, brooms, mops, and other cleaning tools
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and request or purchase additional items as needed
  • Keep inventory of all necessary supplies
  • Take calls for any plumbing, electrical, HVAC problems and contact appropriate staff for repair
  • Make ready the mobile housing with well-stocked supplies, clean towels and linens, clean sleeping quarters, common area, bathrooms, and kitchen
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping/general maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good computer skills and phone etiquette
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating with managers
Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures
  • Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet, and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected
  • Repeated movements; bending or twisting of the body, kneeling, stooping, crouching, or crawling
  • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs
