We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Officer to join our team at Delaware Nation Industries. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior officials, coordinate programs and requests, and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative concepts and practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating action on programs, requests, and matters received in the office
  • Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and carrying out special and confidential projects and assignments
  • Reviewing and presenting material to superiors
  • Conducting research and gathering information
  • Providing staff support and assistance to senior officials

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of the Exchange Visitor Program line of business
  • Experience manipulating data from one system database or network to Access, Excel, or other software application or system
  • Experience with standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with various database applications
  • Ability to confirm and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
