Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Infra-Rec. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and analyze electrical systems and components, including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical engineering solutions into broader projects.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification required; Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on utility projects.
