Pathwell Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities or developmental delays. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in helping our clients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

About the Role
  • This position requires a strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with clients, representatives, caregivers, and physicians.
  • The successful candidate will provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with the treatment plan established by the physician and educate and instruct clients, family members, or other representatives on rehabilitation care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
  • Apart from this, you will also be responsible for accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a current and valid California Occupational Therapist license.
  • Recent experience in home health (preferred).
  • Driver's License, Car Insurance, Car Registration are mandatory.
  • Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing, and documentation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
