Pulmonary Lung Transplant Physician Specialist

Baylor Scott & White Health, a leading healthcare system in Texas, is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Lung Transplant Physician to join its esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients undergoing lung transplantation. With access to a robust research program, multiple clinical trials, and registries, this position offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
As a key member of the Center for Advanced Lung Diseases, you will collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, including cardiac and thoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, chest radiologists, rheumatologists, and pathologists. The center's commitment to medical education provides opportunities for academic involvement and teaching.
Key Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Completion of an accredited fellowship in Lung Transplantation or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the evaluation and management of patients with advanced lung disease
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Employed position through HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN)
- Competitive Salary: $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience
