Gastroenterologist Physician New York Suburbs

Optum, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and patient-centric Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in the suburbs of New York. As a key member of our Gastroenterology Specialty Care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients.
- Perform endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures, including ERCP and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.
- Examine patients in clinic, hospital rounds, and perform surgical procedures as needed.
- Consult with patients' primary care physicians and other specialists.
- Serve as a collaborating physician to assigned Advanced Practice Clinicians.
