Trust and collaboration are essential components for thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to hosts and servers while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous side work to guarantee smooth service flow.
  • Ensure supplies are rotated, tables are cleared, and reset for new guests.
  • Exhibit thorough menu knowledge to facilitate prompt and informed food delivery.
  • Effectively multitask, approaching duties with urgency and prioritizing as necessary.
  • Aim to surpass expectations for both front and back of house operations, consistently providing outstanding service.
  • Assist with expediting orders, preparing stations, and maintaining garnishes as needed.
  • Monitor ticket times to ensure timely food delivery and adherence to presentation standards.
  • Coordinate kitchen pace to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Utilize the KDS system proficiently for order management.
  • Maintain open communication with hosts and management.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and foster a teamwork-oriented culture.
Qualifications
  • Availability for a minimum of 2 days, with weekend availability preferred.
