Food Service Ambassador

We're seeking a charismatic and attentive individual to join our team as a Host/Food Runner at The Last Word. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring seamless table rotations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Greet and welcome guests with a smile, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Table Management: Monitor table rotations, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and server staff to deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of The Last Word.
- Adaptability: Remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations with ease.
