The Veterinary Hospital Leader and Clinical Director will play a crucial role in leading our hospital team to deliver exceptional patient care, drive business results, and uphold the highest standards of veterinary medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hospital team to provide high-quality patient care, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and coach veterinarians to enhance their clinical skills, communication, and collaboration
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase client satisfaction, and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and implement process enhancements
  • Manage hospital budgets, P&L reports, and financial performance to achieve targeted goals and objectives
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in veterinary leadership, preferably in a full-service hospital setting
    • Active licensure as a veterinarian without contingencies in the state where the hospital is located
    • Current DEA license and Controlled Substance License (if applicable)
    • USDA Category I Accreditation or completion within two months of hire date
    • Strong clinical skills, including anesthesia and routine surgeries, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, and maintain a positive work environment

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
