Job Summary

This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $14/hour (negotiable with proven experience). A successful instructor will be asked back for future sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Coordinate and develop an exercise program on the dates and times assigned by the Fitness Director.
  • Attendance Tracking: Take an accurate daily attendance report to be turned in on the proper form.
  • Program Improvement: Make recommendations for the improvement of the program to the Fitness Director.
  • Program Execution: Work all dates pertaining to the fitness program.
  • Program Support: Carry out all duties assigned by the Fitness Director relating to the program.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that facilities and equipment are properly maintained and ensure proper order after every class.
Additional Responsibilities
  • General Duties: Carry out all duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Training and Development: Attend all training and workshops assigned by the Fitness Director.
Requirements
  • Exercise Knowledge: Should have proper knowledge of exercise programs.
  • Energy and Promotion: She/he should be energetic and proficient in the promotion of a progressive program.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Certifications: Should maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
  • Employment Screening: Must be able to pass an employment screening
