Job Summary

Fairmount Homes, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a weekend program. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working 2-12 hour weekend shifts on the night shift (6:30pm - 6:30am).

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
  • Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.
  • Present residents with a clean and neat appearance.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Kind, respectful, patient, and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community.
