**Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning
* Report pertinent information and changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse
* Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately
* Present residents with a clean and neat appearance
* Respect and follow Fairmount's core values and mission statement

**Job Qualifications:**

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Pennsylvania
* Sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to their needs
* Kind, respectful, patient, and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community
* Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care
* Support Fairmount's mission, philosophy, and values
