Job Title: Managing Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Managing Attorney to lead our Referral Department and drive growth in our referral business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend cases for referral to our partner firms
  • Build and manage a referral department team, including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Develop strategies for growth and expansion of our referral business unit
  • Collaborate with our labor and employment law team to ensure seamless case referrals

Requirements:

  • Active member of the California Bar
  • 5+ years of labor and employment experience
  • In-depth knowledge of wage and hour violations
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams
